SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our Luxestry Products are made.

Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

All orders placed on www.luxestry.com are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

  • 🚚 ●  Domestic 7-14 Business Days

  • 🌎 ●  International 12-25 Business Days

  • When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

    Shipping Methods:

    Please note: all orders are subject to a 3-5 business day processing period prior to shipment.

    🐢 Priority Insured Shipping - Once processed your order will be delivered within 12 - 20 business days.

    🚚 Standard Shipping - Once processed your order will be delivered within 10 - 15 business days.

    Shipping Disclaimers:

  1. 1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
  1. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  2. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

  3. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

  4. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

  5. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

  6. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.

  7. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable.
